Read the full ad before responding I am looking for someone who is fit and able to help me for 4 hours. Start at 8 am (800) ends at noon (1200). Sunday July 4. The gig is to help with moderately heavy lifting and moving (objects more than 60 pounds), cleaning, gardening, weeding, sod removal, landscape, or other odds and ends. The response to this ad confirms that you are healthy with no history of back or joint pain or problems No history of orthopedic or medical disease. No heart disease, diabetes or kidney problems. Knows to stay hydrated. Able to be responsible and avoid injuries and be safe. Able to work in 84 degree heat The response to the ad confirms that you are strong enough to lift heavy objects, Because of our past experience you will need to pass a test to lift a 40 pound weight overhead 5 times. I will pay $20/hr. Cash at end. Text at 7AM on Today Sunday July 4. Any early text will not be seen till 7am.
