Under our laws everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty but nowadays if you're Trump or a Republican, Democrats and their MSM claim the opposite, that Trump or any Republican must prove they're innocent and even if they do Democrats and their MSM continue to find ways to say they're really guilty. Long before Trump ran for President, as far back as 2013 Hillary's emails while Secretary of State were being investigated by the FBI when a website called The Smoking Gun published several stories about how a hacker later identified as Marcel Lehel Lazar, a Romanian aka Guccife had broken into the AOL account of former Clinton aide Sidney Blumenthal, his was under President Obama's Administration. Trump had nothing to do with it and her email breach was fair game considering she was running for President and the public had a right to know what happened. Since Trump's organization is being charged in Manhattan NY which is a Democrat stronghold for decades as well as the appointment of Democrat Judges it's extremely unlikely the judge would be conservative, I can't find a single judge in Manhattan who is, there is no strong chance. The AG of NY, James who along with Democrat Manhattan DA Vance, both of their offices leading the prosecution campaigned on getting Trump. The only logical conclusion this is highly political. He may be right. But that does not mean that he is innocent. When Trump accused Hillary of her email scandal, that claim was “politically motivated”. It may also have been true. The investigation against Trump may or may not be politically motivated but the Judge that gets that case will be unbiased. There is a stronger chance that the judge who receives the case is a conservative rather than a left winger. The truth will bubble to the surface.
