Found Siamese cat is living behind mcdonalds

There is a Siamese cat living in the bushes behind the Salisbury McDonald's drive thru on Jake Alexander/Mooresville Rd. I walked over to him/her and he/she would not come to me, he/she just looked at me from the bushes. No ear tip. Does anybody have enough heart to help this little soul that is all alone in the world? Somebody please help this cat that needs help.
