Found Siamese cat is living behind mcdonalds

Found Siamese cat is living in the bushes behind McDonald's drive thru in Salisbury at Jake Alexander/Mooresville Rd. He/she has no ear tip and would not come to me. Does anyone have enough heart to help this precious little soul that is all alone in the world? Please be the person that helps the one that no one else will help.
