Need a lawyer to sue management company over false advertising and medical costs. My mother had a stroke due to the stressful conditions that my slumlord has put her through. They advertise a safe gated community the gate is never closed some lights don’t work and security is never here. There have been at least 5 shootings that we know of. The upstairs neighbors have been so aggressive with pounding on our ceiling the ceiling fan fell down along with many of our personal and precious items. I pay for pest control yet no one has actually come to exterminate my home. The infrastructure of the building is horrible everything you touch breaks. The pool and other “amenities” have been closed since before COVID (according to my neighbors). We were duped because we were moving in the middle of COVID and couldn’t actually tour the apartment. Please help we are not the only ones who are having issues with this slumlord management company.
