Wanted: Doberman or German Shepherd

Please read carefully. I am looking for a German Shepherd or Doberman Pinscher adult for a widow who is looking for a dog to keep her company. She is retired, owns her home, and understands about preventatives (flea, tick, and heartworm.) Daily walks and weekend hikes - playtime with two dogs (mine) in 5' fenced yard (supervised.) I am an AKC CGC Evaluator and dog trainer and am helping her (my mom.) Ideal dog should be okay with other dogs (male and female,) visiting children, and men and women. House trained. Crate trained preferred. Spayed or neutered. We are looking for a German Shepherd or Doberman based on breed experience. ** No puppies. ** Dog will go through CGC training (all three levels: standard, community, and urban) with positive reinforcement. Willing to sign an agreement stating if the dog isn't working out that it be returned to the original owner. Serious persons only. Scams will be reported.
