Looking for hardwood floor refinish

I have a 200sq room that I would like to have the hardwood floors sanded and finished, no stain, just sealer. Most places I've spoke with have a 1,000sq minimum or excessive fees for smaller jobs. I actually have three rooms, each approx 200sq, but I can get one done at a time, so I'd like to hire someone back to do the other rooms when the time comes.
