Cat whisperers and foster needed to foster rescue cats and preparing them for adoption in a forever home! We will Some are shy, some have other needs. We welcome all fosters and have many friendlies who need fostering, but are also looking for fosters with a little experience, who are willing to work with shy or weary cats who need some socializing before we can find them adopters. You will be literally save their lives, because these kitties are not doing well outside, but need some socializing, to adjust to living inside. We are Brooklyn Animal Action, a small group of rescuers in Brooklyn that have a hard time turning our heads when we see cats and kittens in need. We pull friendly cats and kittens (ferals get neutered and returned) from the streets, vet them, and put them into foster homes until a "forever home" is located. We have a 100% adoption rate and utilize Petfinder, AdoptaPet, Craig's List, flyers, Adoption Events, and word of mouth to advertise the cats in our care. We truly value our fosters and couldn't help as many cats as we do without help from people like you. You tell us the amount of time that you have to foster until adopted... we will gladly take it! We are appreciative of any time that you have to offer. We have transportation and can takes cats to Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan for fostering. We are sane and all have full time jobs. We do this because it makes us feel good and we see that there is a huge need in our community. There are a lot of cats that need to be helped!! If interested in finding out more, please email us!
