I’m a drummer (30s) looking to form a soul/funk/jammy Organ Trio passion project. Need a Hammond Organist who can ideally play left hand bass and a Guitarist. Both players ideally strong melodic leaders and soloists. Influences include: Soulive, Galactic, Alan Evans Trio, Cookin’ on 3 Burners, The Roots I have large private rehearsal/recording studio in The Music Building on 8th Ave with amps, mics, and a 1957 Hammond B3 Organ and Leslie speaker all set up and ready to go. I’ve been recording for many years and have the whole place wired for rehearsal and recording. Recently moved here from San Francisco where I played with a group for many years.
