Join us for this lovely morning of Buddhist advice on accepting change. There are often unexpected aspects of life that are completely out of our control. The fear and stress often associated with grief and loss only compounds our pain. Learning to accept change and move our mind from the stagnant state of grief and sorrow to the peaceful and settled state of acceptance is a clear path to a balanced life. Please join us for this lovely morning of Buddhist advice. ScheduleSession 1 - 10:00-11:30am RegistrationRegistrants may attend in person - just show up with your mask! The sessions will also be live-streamed via Zoom; all registrants will receive a link enabling them to watch and listen by phone, tablet or computer. Masks and social distancing are optional while in the temple. Please follow local guidance.
