Help need cheap moped

Does anyone have a cheap moped for sale??? I live with uncle he's marine retired SSI had covid was in hospital 5 weeks just got out of hospital again yesterday for fluid on lungs....we have it pretty hard right now no car or transportation he can't walk to store at all I really need a moped to be able to go food shopping and run errands to help uncle out and make life easier.....God bless...if u see this and can help please contact asap
