Your ticket includes a yoga class followed by a pint or flight. This time, there will be puppies wandering about for cuteness overload! They will be available for adoption through  Pit of Our Soul rescue.   Hang out after and get to know this local favorite! And meet the pups! If you've joined us before, you know we can throw a party in the brewery.  Marguerite will be leading us in a Sunday morning flow. And of course, they'll be swag!  About Marguerite : Yoga is self love, it strengthens the relationship between the body, mind and soul via the vehicle of Prana aka breath and movement. Yoga helps to clear out stagnation and; I am here to help others find that release and freedom so that they can show up for themselves with support, love, and non judgement. Yoga is for every body!! Though yoga can be challenging it is a necessary challenge. The strength you build on your mat will transcend into every aspect of your life. 10 years ago I took my first step onto my mat anxiety filled, suffering from depression, an eating disorder and a feeling of utter hopelessness. Due to my fears I struggled to walk into yoga studios and my practice was built via YouTube videos. Once I worked past my fears I attended live classes and worked up the courage to take the teacher training. Yoga changed my life in ways I never imagined which is why it’s my life’s purpose to share it with all of you. I am a 200 hour certified teacher under Always at Aum and certified in Yin Yoga under Corina Benner. I built my skills as a teacher at Afterglow Yoga and I continue to build teaching my own outdoor classes, private sessions and corporate events via Sacred Crescent Yoga. I have extensive knowledge of Chinese medicine and Herbalism. As I study to become an acupuncturist at New York College of Health Professions I find special ways to weave this knowledge into all my classes. It is truly my honor and joy to be able to share my knowledge and practice with all of you. Can’t wait to see you on the mat!!
