Looking for stories from people who had bad experiences with renting an apartment from a Craigslist ad (i.e. been cheated out of money like deposit, security, etc. pictures of the apartment weren't authentic) Also if you have phone numbers from these phony ads on CL let me know about it. Any experience related to Craigslist "Housing section". Did you use any other Real Estate website for finding an apartment and got scammed. I am doing research for an upcoming story.
