SYoga at Plant Daddy Co. A cannabis themed yoga class with Syoga teacher/creator, Katy Karns. Held at Plant Daddy Co. in Downtown Sacramento, Join us for an evening of celebrating plants with your best buds. We will be tapping into ourselves with medicated movement, meditation and breathwork. THC options provided by Monthleaf the Cannabis Subscription box and more plant loving fun! 6:30 pm arrival time, movement begins at 7:00pm. Bring your own mat, H20 and open mindset!
