The evening will include a Chakra Healing & Energy Clearing Mediation with Breathwork followed by a soothing Sound Bath. Come experience the magic of Sound Healing at this very special Sound Bath Meditation on Thursday, July 15 at Lindsey Gardens in The Avenues in Salt Lake City. This event is FREE for the community & everyone is welcome, please be mindful if you are feeling sick and stay at home. We will be hosting the sound bath event on the east end of the park towards the cemetery by the stairs at the corner of 7th & N Street. Feel free to bring your dog as well, its an amazing dog park 🙂 The evening will include a Chakra Healing & Energy Clearing Mediation with Breathwork followed by a soothing Sound Bath of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Tuning Forks, Vocal Toning & more. You will leave feeling relaxed, realigned & re-calibrated to your own inner peace. Bring blankets or pillows to get comfy, a yoga mat if you have one 🙂
