THE JAMES RIVERS MOVEMENT presented by the Jazz Playhouse New Orleans holds James Rivers in a special place in its heart. The multi-instrumentalist and composer grew up in New Orleans’ Sixth Ward and has performed regularly in the city for decades. He is known for his work as a session musician starting in the 1950s, helping Sam Cooke pen the finishing touches on “You Send Me,” and writing music for six Clint Eastwood films. Each table will include: • Live entertainment in a tranquil ambiance in the heart of the French Quarter • Cocktail service to enjoy our fully stocked bar • Food selections for purchase (Please note there is no food or beverage included in the ticket price.) **Refund available upon cancellation of reservation within 48 hours of show time** **Purchase of tickets does not guarantee a seat in the front row of the venue but does guarantee a seat with a clear view of the stage.
