We have a wonderful cat, Reef, who we’ve had for 2 years & 1 month of his 2 yr and 3 month old life. He is very sweet and friendly. He takes a minute to warm up but will quickly and then is a total sweetheart. He’s currently an outdoor cat. He LOVES exploring outdoors and being able to hunt and play freely. He catches all sorts of small animals in the yard. We have to move out of state unexpectedly and aren’t going to be able to bring him with us sadly. We’d love to find a GREAT home for him. He has been an indoor pet before, but he really does prefer to be outdoors as often as possible. He’s never run off. He’s fully litter box trained (though now he just uses the great outdoors). We’re currently on 10 acres and he is so awesome and manages just fine during the day or night. He comes back to the house for food, water, love and a nap (or to show you a new mouse or other creature he’s caught) and then heads back out. He was hit by a car on his hind legs (that’s what the vet thinks happened) a little over two months ago, but since then has healed up well overall and can walk and run just fine now. He does have a very slight limp on one back leg still that the vet said may improve over time. But that doesn’t keep him down. :) He gets along with big dogs, adults & children. Let me know if you’d be interested in providing a safe and loving home for him. He could be an indoor/outdoor cat or a great “barn” cat. He is neutered and also just got his updated rabies shot in May 2021. Asking a small re-homing fee. He also comes with his cat carrier.
