Demonstration/Hands on
A warm biscuit straight from the oven can enhance almost any meal. Learn to make one yeasted biscuit that is lighter than air; a traditional buttermilk biscuit with a few updated tips that will insure flakiness; and their kissing cousin, a sweet biscuit, that is perfect for filling with your favorite fruits or jams. You’ll also whip up a small container of no-cook strawberry jam and leave class with the biscuits, jam and shortcakes that you’ve created in class.
For ages 13 and up (children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult).

You will receive an email with a link to a waiver two (2) days prior to the class. We ask you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.Some COVID-related restrictions may apply.
