Breathing Exercises, Breath Prayer, Stretching, Mindfulness, Movement, and Restoration. Guided Breathing exercises, Breath Prayer, Stretching for mobility and flexibility (stretches can be modified for your body), Mindfulness, and Low Impact Movement. The exercises can be done standing or sitting. Benefits of the session: Grow in faith, gain clarity, release stress, increase oxygen and blood flow, muscle strengthening, and neurohealth.
