Get your body hot girl summer ready with me! 9 AM is a HITT session that will be sure to make you sweat & 3 PM weight training to strengthen Every saturday and sunday in the month of June come workout with an all woman only gym reserved for this event. Gymtimidated? (Intimidated by the gym) Don't worry this class is working for you not against you I'm here to help and make sure you have the correct form first.
