We were also featured in the number 1 SPOT on a recent list of TOP ten MARGARITAS in TEXAS. c) Our Margaritas are made with FRESH SQUEEZED JUICE which we squeeze daily with our Robot Juice Butler (it's really a commercial citrus juicer but it's more fun for us to call it our robot butler) who is from Spain. This Juicer simulates hand squeezing with one exception. It gets a better yeild meanning less waste. Meaning better for the environment. It is also gentle on the pith (the white bitter part) and the peel. So the juice tastes better and tastes better longer.d) We use Agave Nectar instead of sugar water. We like the taste better. Some people say it's healthier than refined sugar. We could get in a long arguement with you about that but our mouth is full with this delicious Margarita!! :)e) Our Margaritas use a 2 oz pour of 100% agave tequila. Industry standard is between 1 1/4 and 1 1/2. We think the thing that makes a Margarita taste the best is MORE TEQUILA!!f) That goregeous wrap around BALCONY.
