Cleaner needed for AirBnB's, houses and businesses

This opening is for an EXPERIENCED cleaner, preferably in hospitality and/or private homes. Must have: *Driver's License and own reliable vehicle *Smart Phone with GPS *Ability to work on your feet and includes lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, squatting, navigating stairs etc. *A cheery attitude and customer service passion with problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions *Ability to perform all of the duties that require eye for detail, time management, etc *Ability to keep track of your own time sheets correctly and on time. *Ability to pass a background check *Ability to work with a team or independently This is a non-employee position (sub-contractor). Must be able to obtain own supplies (except vacuum) within 30 days that fit with the customer's preferences (ie: green cleaning). You will choose the hours and locations you are willing to work and commit to that schedule. A clean and respectable dress code is expected by the customers. Shirts and aprons can be provided if desired. Part-time to start with full-time possibility in the future. Those with management and training experience are strongly desirable.
