He had a rough start in life in Phuket, Thailand, and we've promised him life in the U.S.will be better. Cartsea gets along well with other cats and will do best with a friendly, confident, resident cat in his forever home or can be adopted with a foster friend. Approved adopters can also meet him during the week by appointment. Homeward Trails Animal Rescue adopts pets to homes in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland. Anyone interested in our animals can complete an adoption questionnaire. We work with applicants to ensure a good match between them and the pet and vice versa, the adoption questionnaire is how we start the adoption discussion.
