Mechanic needed for mini skid steer

I've got a Toro Dingo 420tx mini skid steer that cuts out when I try to move forward. It moves backward and all the bucket works fine, but there is no turning or forward movement without causing the engine to cut out. Do you have any idea what could cause this problem? My machine is lawn mover sized, and I have a shop to work in, with basic automotive tools. I just need someone with experience who knows how to fix machinery.
