Press release from the Santa Cruz Public Libraries: July 1, 2021 Santa Cruz Public Libraries Expands Open Hours We are pleased to announce that beginning July 10th we will expand hours at all of our open branches. Now you'll have more time to spend in the libraries! Extended hours at open branches are as follows: Capitola:Sun 12-5, Mon-Thu 10-6, Fri - Sat 12-5Downtown:Sun 12-5, Mon-Thu 10-6, Fri - Sat 12-5Felton:Sun 1-5, Mon -Thu 10-6, Friday closed, Sat 1-5La Selva Beach:Closed sunday, monday, and friday. Tues 1-6, Wed 10-5, Thus 1-6, Sat 1-5Live Oak:Sun - Mon CL, Tues - Thu 10-6, Fri 12-5, Sat 10-5Scotts Valley: Mon, Tues, Thu 1-6, Wed 10-3, Fri 1-5The Aptos, Boulder Creek, Branciforte, and Garfield Park Branches remain closed for construction. Please note that the Scotts Valley Library will close for remodeling on July 31st. Beginning on July 23rd you will no longer be able put materials on hold at the branch; all holds remaining at Scotts Valley will be sent to Felton.
