Summary: Repair and maintain facility and equipment needs within the property and guest rooms
Some things we are looking for in a Facilities Associate:
Experience in facility and equipment repair/maintenance.
Basic knowledge in plumbing, pools, landscaping, janitorial, & building maintenance.
Organized and disciplined. Ability to self-manage tasks, create and follow maintenance schedule, and problem solve.
Must be a team player - Ability to communicate and work well with everyone to achieve collective results.
Be committed to safety, cleanliness, and quality. All the time. Every day.
Be a curious learner! We're never done growing as people, and especially as leaders.
We are willing to train the right person. This is a wonderful entry level position, working under an experienced.
Facilities Director who is ready to share knowledge about plumbing, electricity, and IT.
