Just saw this dog at the corner of Richie and Presidio-had a collar but didn’t seem like any tags where on it. Hair looks a bit unkept, perhaps he’s been lost awhile. He lifted his leg to pee-assuming its a little man. Unfortunately, he wouldn’t let me get close to him to catch, tried for awhile and didn’t have any treats on me. i did return shotly after and didnt see him but hopefully still in the area
