Hello I have a 35+ year old chain link fence that I need to hire someone to run a tension wire at the bottom to strentened fence and prevent my German Shep from digging under it and running the streets at night. The fence is on a hill. About 30-40' on each side. Please let me know your availability and hourly rate.
