This position will require you to have a full set of tools and a truck.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
1. Full-Time
2. Part-Time
3. 8 hours Shift
4. Tuesday through Saturday
Pay Rate:
$24.00 - $28.00
Experience:
1. Plumbing (5 years required)
2. Facilities Maintenance (5 years required)
Education:
1. High School or equivalent (preferred)
License/Certifications/qualifications:
1. Driver’s License (required)
2. Auto Insurance (required)
3. U.S work authorization (required)
Physical Demands:
1. Must be able to stand over 6 hours.
2. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
3. Must be able to work in the heat or cold weather.
