Found this dog on my home home late Thursday night on 2nd and Ohio in Richmond. Extremely friendly and gets along well with other dogs. Dog is chipped but no luck using the contact info in it for getting him to respond to the name provided. Any info on who the owner might be would be greatly appreciated
