Need responsible, compassionate cat lover for runt

I am posting this separate from the rest of his litter to make sure this guy finds the right forever home. He was the first born and has always been smaller than his brothers, he is still the smallest. We didn't notice anything wrong until the kittens started walking. The runt, well, at first we just thought he slept more than the others. It wasn't until we saw him trying to walk and watch him struggle with his front paws - that's when we saw he was different from the rest. He has come along way since those days. He walks, runs, climbs and jumps. He just looks bow legged. He is Uber smart and was the first out of the entire litter to use the litter box. He also has this weird cow lick on his right shoulder. He will probably need to be an indoor only cat to ensure he lives a long healthy life. He is sweet and playful and if you saw him now you can hardly tell how much he struggled to walk like the rest of his litter or how long it took for him to get to where is it at now.
