**PICK-UP TRUCK REQUIRED FOR JOB**
As a Lead Valet with Ally Waste, you will work with and support the District Manager and assist with the management and supervision of the door-step trash collection service for each of the assigned district's communities.
Lead Valet Primary Responsibilities:
Support the District Manager with the training of new and current valets
Report all safety concerns to the District Manager as they arise
Collect same night missed trash, walk/track problem properties
Communicate with District Manager as needed with regard to service issues and concerns
Provide service coverage for understaffed properties within the assigned district
Assist with the recruitment of valets within the district
Support the District Manager with organizing work schedules
Support the District Manager in assessing the district's job performance
Implement strong leadership and support for the valets through monitoring of safety, service, and standards
Ensure that each valet is provided with the appropriate training to complete daily service reporting
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience is preferred in for service industry positions with effective verbal and written communication skills
Open bed pick-up truck to transport trash items
Ability to work split schedule and/or be on call
Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
Operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other communities as needed
Work outside, and drive in various weather conditions
This role requires the physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. up and downstairs, as well as walking the assigned communities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,500 - $2000 per month
