Join instructor, Pam, as she leads you through 60 minutes of approachable Gentle yoga Explore Yoga's most essential postures safely and effectively. Classes consist of held and moving postures with focus on alignment and the linking of conscious breath with movement - bringing balance to the nervous system. Beginners and continuing yoga students will benefit from these accessible classes. The pace is relaxed and postures are adjusted to meet individuals needs. Students must bring their own mat and water bottle. Although not required, if available, please bring block(s) and towel/blanket to assist in modified poses. Pre-registration is required, no walk-ins permittedStudents must be 16 years or older to attend
