Workers Needed for Construction Crews

I'm looking for experienced construction workers and helpers for residential projects ranging from painting to remodels. Ideally I'd like to have someone that has experience in carpentry, painting, tiling, remodels, or other construction trades, but that's not required. Skills we are looking for are: -The ability to lift 75 lbs -Being comfortable with heights -Own a reliable vehicle -Good with measurements (specifically fractions and ability to read a tape measure and speed square) -hard working individuals willing to learn on the job -Flexibility with schedule based on the seasonal weather The base pay is $17-$30/hr based on demonstrated skills or prior work experience. Previous experience is appreciated but not required.
