I have moved up here from Texas 2 years ago in Texas they like to give animals away for free to make sure they get good homes and not have to make money off of every little living creature I would like to know is there anybody up and miss the part of the United States that doesn't try to make a buck off of making sure a cat or dog or something gets a good home
