Hi there, I think I may need my catalytic converter replaced and or an electrical issue looked at. The only way to test the computer on this old vehicle is with a obd 1. I'm not sure if anyone who reads this post has that but it's worth a shot asking. The van is a 1992 Ford Aerostar. The van is getting hot when I drive and smells like something is burning when it's hot. It's hot between the two seats. I can only drive 20 min. comfortably. It has slowly stopped at stop signs, like a gradual rolling sound to nothing and has had some popping sounds and other exhaust sounds while driving. It also likes to make reving sounds and dieing sounds sometimes while driving, sometimes when I'm just standing out of the van, while it's idling. Let me know your thoughts and suggestions. I can pay $30-50 an hour. I would either like to fix a diagnosed issue or sell the van with its issues. While I'm waiting for the new title in the mail, which could take 4 more weeks, I thought to see who is out there that may be available to look at it and make her sound and function better. Many things have been replaced already. Thanks. :) Emily Joy
