Anyone wanna go half on an 24/7 art studio in Sodo?

Hi. I’m interested in getting access to an art studio in the Sodo area but it’s a bit out of my price range. Split evenly, it’d be about $350 a month. It’s nice, looks safe, nice community feel. It’s not huge, maybe 250 sq ft? I’m a writer that does some jewelry work, too. I don’t need a ton of space, and I’d likely only use the space late nights, and maybe on weekends occasionally. I’d love for some security, perhaps a verbal commitment to 6 months and a 30 day notice of backing out so I can find someone else. But otherwise not interested in making this too complicated.
