JER Brands is seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Fabrication and Installation Technician to manufacture and repair window and door screens with an emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires both in-store shop work in addition to field work and travel within the metropolitan area. Main Responsibilities + Follow all safety regulations + Manufacture new window and door screens + Repair window and door screens + Measure for window and door screens + Provide estimates + Enter customer orders + Pick up window and door screens at customer locations + Deliver and install window and door screens + Process sales +Assist with inventory + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + High school graduate or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred + Home improvement or manufacturing experience preferred + Prior experience in retail preferred Details and Benefits + Part-time work up to 30 hours per week + Paid time off + Eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonus + Eligible for 401(k) after one year of service
