Just so that you can have a idea of what I do on my clean-outs/ cleaning services....clean and remove any furniture or unwanted items that are detachable...also includes carpet/ title and other flooring... cabinet or shelving units... also some roofing (patching, cool seal, replacing ridge caps, and a few other things)just like a demo... and for the cleanup... I go as far as carpet cleaning(heated stain removal carpet cleaner), washing walls and ceiling, cigarette smoke stain removal, outside pressure washing(can include driveway and walkway), dustin (wipe down shelves and knickknacks), dishes, Landry, sweep and mop, vacuum, wipe baseboards, clean fans, and yard work as well (the basics)! Light remodeling work(painting, changing out light fixtures, patching drywall, some flooring, gutter replacement/ and clean out, and Little odd and ends that I myself can do.... that is what I can offer!
