Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease that ends 03/28/2022! (: ! It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 966 sqft apartment in a gated community! Two resort style pools, 24 hr & dog park gym and the best maintenance and staff! It’s in a very safe and quiet area and the neighbors are fantastic! The apartment is in the first floor and a super short walk to the pool/office/gym/dog park! There’s valet trash pickup as well as garages & covered parking available as well! The apartment is about $1300 in rent and I usually pay about $120 in utilities (internet, water, etc.) I would love to stay here but I am accepting a new job offer and relocating!!
