My name is Rocky and I’m seeking a new home because my adoptive mom and dad are moving due to health issues. Their new home won’t allow me to come. We are all sad, but I love Alaska and I’m excited to find a new family. I love other animals and lived with a toy poodle who was bossy. I haven’t been around cats much. I love kids, teens, and adults and am protective of my people but I’m not mean. I’m a house dog but love to play outside and lay in the sun. I’m kennel trained and will bring my kennel, food, food bin, bowls, blankets, and favorite toy with me. I have lots of energy but can also lay around and enjoy a long rest. I never chew on shoes, furniture or anything else, but I do have one bad habit I’m working on. I steal food off the counter if I’m left alone with it. Hey, what can I say, it’s an insecurity issue. When my family came and got me I had previously been starving, was locked in a too small kennel, had scars, and injuries. The shelter fixed me and I’m neutered and chipped.
