Looking for small dog, preferably a mini dachshund

Hi! I am looking for a small dog (preferably a mini dachshund but open to other breeds) to add to my clan. I currently have two small dogs right now, an 8 yr old Papillon and a 7 yr old mini Pomeranian. I would prefer a dog that’s three or four months or even a few years old and potty trained with shots and spayed or neutered. I had to put my 13 yr old mini dachshund to rest last year due to Crohn’s disease. No other dog could ever replace her, but I now feel I have room in my heart for another sweet dog. I don’t have a lot of money for a rehoming fee, but I have a nice home with a nice backyard and lots of love and attention to give.
