$1,000.00 REWARD For complete video of an incident that occurred in the east Parking lot of the Amarillo Veterans Hospital Building on July 10, 2020 and began with a Red Dodge Truck (picture below) in South bound lane as four men confronted a man moving two cones and ended with the Pickup leaving in a hurry.
