Spot to park food truck

I’m searching for a place where I can plug into power and store/park my food truck while it is not in operation. I’m willing to pay some rent or utilities or whatever is necessary. If you have a location that is looking for an active food cart to be open part time or something like that, that could be arranged as well! Requirements: - I need to stay plugged into power 24/7 to keep the refrigeration running. - Plenty of space (like a parking lot) to pull the trailer in and out whenever I need to. The cart and truck to tow it, altogether, require a space of 10 ft by 40 ft. It would be ideal if I did not have to back the trailer up into a tight spot. - Location will be a factor, but I don’t want to rule anything out until we talk. - I need to be able to come and go freely, as I have multiple events throughout the week all summer long. So I’m wondering if anyone owns/manages a business who might have a space like this? Or if you have any other ideas for me, please reach out! I’m flexible and definitely willing to work out something creative.
