I live in a house in Tippe River Downs it’s two bedrooms and two baths it’s a brand new house I’m the first want to move into it I leased it in December and I have to leave at the end of August due to health reasons my lease is until March 31 and I was looking for someone that might want to take over the lease if they do they can use my security posit which was 1345 and I would pay September‘s rent which is 1345+ sewage which is 1380 altogether if this is something you’re looking for and you feel that you could meet the qualifications of an application you can call Tippe River Downs and see if it’s available I know that they were going to check on a waiting list but if they don’t have somebody on a waiting list it would want itWouldn’t know it’s available so if you are looking for a nice place in Warsaw and ice community pool playground tennis court things like that close to Walmart and Kohl’s and TJ Maxx and things it’s a nice location so you can call me at or you can just call Tippe River Downs and tell them that you’re interested in leasing a house that is up for lease that I have thank you very much
