Deck Repair help

i have some extensive deck repairs i am working on i have been thru 3 guys with this project and it is not done. i could use some help specifically someone with a strong back and an ability to handle the sun for up to 8 hrs a day. keeping in mind that if its to hot to work were not working. this position would qualify as a helper for the project and would pay $15-$17 an hr. the other position is for someone with the same traits and more experience with getting the work done according to how i want it done. This position would qualify as a lead tech and would pay $20-$25 per hour. both positions require tools and hopefully transportation. However, that can be discussed based on your location. no drugs, no phones. no disrespect relative to if you gonna be a no show make a call and let someone know. if you think you are one of these two people reach out and lets talk. if your the guy in the middle of good character, good back and good skills, text or email me now! lets see if you fit the foremans position?
