Local Growing Property Management Company looking for handyman for light repairs in high end vacation condos. Most hours are Thursday through Monday 10am -3pm. 12-20 hr. per week. Ideal for retiree looking for extra income. Knowledge of plumbing/light electrical/painting/ general repairs is needed. Must be dependable with good work ethic, able to work on your own and report back when jobs are complete. Good people skills. Not required but a plus, experience with tile repair, carpet cleaning, minor electrical, setup and repair of Comcast cable internet and tv issues. Off season work available repairing, painting and redoing condo units if desired. Need own transportation, tools. Often repairs can be scheduled around other work.
