Hell. Clean cut polite guy here. My regular spotter has left town and I need a replacement. Just really needing to find a qualified male to spare 15-30 minutes twice a week to assist if necessary while I am doing my training exercise. i prefer to train at home. let me know if you can volunteer your time. thanks Trev
