House Cleaning/Maintenance Assistant

I'm a working professional with limited time otherwise I’m happy to clean my own home. My home is a safe and pleasant place to work in the Summerlin area. It’s 2 stories - 1750 sq ft – and busy with people coming & going. I have a few small sweet dogs. I'm looking for another 'me' once a week early on a Saturday or Sunday morning or a weekday evening for 3 hrs. I may occasionally need more hrs or help on add'l days. I’m looking to begin the first week of August. No smoking allowed. What gets cleaned will vary week to week depending on need. All floors are laminate so no carpet vacuuming other than stairs with carpet & one area rug. Each week I will give directions to focus on some combination of floors, bathrooms, kitchen, counters & table tops, dusting, wiping doors, walls, floor boards, & windows indoors/outdoors, very occasional silver polishing & organizing cupboards, closets, garage etc. I have supplies & equipment. I'm easy going but need reliability, the job done right & efficiently with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity.
