Looking for shared practice space

Do you or your band have a practice space that you think “damn, I love this place but I wish it was slightly cheaper?” Got a sweet space in your basement or house and constantly staring at it going “I wish I had some extra cash to stock this place with beer”. Let me help lighten your burden. Ideal spaces in this order: 1. Crybaby Studios 2. If you have some hidden spot or sweet basement setup in West Seattle/White center/Burien area. 3. Rainier brewery 4. The institute Most of the others are a bit too far, I’ve had a spot in Substation and I love it, just a pain to get to from the other side of town. I’m willing to negotiate a fair price for my share and work around times. Beer I bring is always communal. Realistically I’d be bringing in one or two amps, and maybe a kit in the future. Thanks
